Conferences / Meetings The COAP-NC Annual Conference is held each January in close proximity to the Triangle area of the state or another location selected by the Board of Trustees. This conference will held during National Activity Professionals (NAP) Week, the 4th week in January. Regional Meetings COAP Regional Meetings May be held in the months of April or May - October - November or early December. The regions plan their own programs and determine the meeting locations. All COAP-NC members are able to attend any regional meeting and are encouraged to attend all regional meetings. Members may bring guests to the meetings. Occasionally there may be fees to attend the meeting, depending upon the educational format for the meeting.
